Shipping, Return and Refund Policy

At Thrill & Thread (thrillandthread.in), we strive to deliver high-quality, state-of-the-art streetwear apparel. Because we are an independent streetwear brand, we maintain strict quality control. Please read our Shipping, Return, and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Shipping & Delivery Policy

We deliver across India using reliable third-party logistics partners (e.g., Delhivery, Shiprocket, DTDC, Blue Dart).

  • Dispatch Timeline: Standard orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours of receiving payment confirmation.
  • Delivery Timeline: Standard shipping usually takes 5 to 7 business days to arrive from the date of dispatch, depending on your geographic location.
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are calculated dynamically based on weight and delivery address. Applicable charges will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before payment.
  • Tracking: A unique tracking ID and link will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched so you can monitor your shipment's progress.
  • Delays: While we strive to meet our delivery timelines, Thrill & Thread is not liable for delivery delays caused by courier service operations, public holidays, bad weather, or natural disasters.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To protect our business and keep our prices fair, we only accept returns or exchanges under the following two conditions:

  1. Damaged Product: The item received has a manufacturing defect, tear, or structural damage.
  2. Wrong Item Received: The size, color, or design of the product delivered does not match your ordered invoice.

Mandatory Criteria:

  • Unworn & Unwashed: The clothing must be in its original, brand-new condition. Any sign of wear, perfume, washing, stains, or damage caused after delivery will immediately invalidate the return request.
  • Tags & Packaging: All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and returned with the item.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: NO UNBOXING VIDEO = NO RETURN / REFUND. To prevent fraudulent claims, we strictly require an uninterrupted unboxing video as evidence.

Your unboxing video must follow these guidelines:

  1. The video must be un-edited, continuous, and single-shot (no cuts or pauses).
  2. It must clearly show the shipping label and tracking number on the package before opening.
  3. It must show the outer packaging from all angles to prove it was sealed and untampered.
  4. It must capture the actual opening of the parcel and the immediate extraction and close inspection of the clothing item, highlighting the damage or wrong item clearly.

*Failure to provide a valid unboxing video adhering to these rules will result in the immediate rejection of your claim.*


4. Return & Exchange Window

You must report any issues and request a return/exchange within 7 days of receiving your package.

Any requests made after 7 days from the delivery date (as tracked by our courier partner) will not be entertained under any circumstances.


5. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Record your unboxing video during package opening.
  2. Send an email to shop@thrillandthread.in with the subject: Return Request - [Your Order Number].
  3. Attach the uninterrupted unboxing video along with clear high-resolution photos of the issue.
  4. Include a brief description of the defect or error.

Our support team will inspect the video and respond to you within 24–48 hours with an approval or rejection.


6. Reverse Shipping (Self-Ship Policy)

Once your return request is approved via email, you must ship the package back to us.

  • Self-Ship: Currently, we do not offer reverse pickup services. The customer is responsible for self-shipping the item back to our warehouse.

  • Courier Recommendations: We highly recommend using a reliable, trackable courier service (e.g., Speed Post, Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart). Please email the tracking receipt to shop@thrillandthread.in as soon as you dispatch the package.
  • Shipping Fees: Return shipping costs are paid by the customer and are non-refundable.

7. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned package at our Shivpuri address, it will undergo a thorough inspection.

  • Approval/Rejection: We will notify you via email once we receive and inspect the item. If the item meets our return conditions, your refund will be approved.
  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (UPI, credit/debit card, or net banking) used during purchase.
  • Refund Timeline: After approval, the refund will be processed immediately. It usually takes 5 to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment gateway.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: If your order was placed via Cash on Delivery, our support team will contact you to request your UPI ID or Bank Account Details to transfer the refund amount directly.
