Streetwear Apparel: We sell streetwear clothing. We make every effort to display the colors, designs, and fit of our clothing as accurately as possible. However, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor/device display, and we cannot guarantee that your screen's display will be 100% accurate.
Pricing: All prices listed on thrillandthread.in are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change prices and product availability without prior notice.
Errors: In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or technical error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that product. If you have already been charged, we will refund the full amount.

4. Payment Terms

Accepted Payment Methods: Net Banking, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI, and leading mobile wallets through our integrated, secure payment gateways.
Cash on Delivery (COD): COD may be available for select pin codes in India. We reserve the right to charge an additional COD convenience fee or disable COD services for certain pin codes or order values.
Payment Security: All transactions are securely routed through authorized payment gateways. We do not store any sensitive card or banking credentials.

5. Shipping and Delivery Policy

We deliver across India using reliable third-party logistics partners (e.g., Delhivery, Shiprocket, DTDC).

Dispatch Timeline: Standard orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours of receiving payment confirmation.
Delivery Timeline: Standard shipping usually takes 5 to 7 business days to arrive from the date of dispatch, depending on your geographic location.
Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are calculated dynamically based on weight and delivery address. Applicable charges will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before payment.
Tracking: A unique tracking ID and link will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched so you can monitor your shipment's progress.
Delays: While we strive to meet our delivery timelines, Thrill & Thread is not liable for delivery delays caused by courier service operations, public holidays, bad weather, or natural disasters.

6. Order Cancellations

Cancellation by Customer: You can request to cancel your order by emailing us at shop@thrillandthread.in within 2 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed or handed over to our shipping courier, no cancellation request will be accepted.
Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is out of stock, if we detect fraudulent payment activity, or if our delivery partners cannot service your pincode. In such cases, a full refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

7. Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

All returns, exchanges, and refunds are strictly governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Key Summary: We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Returns are self-shipped by the customer and are only applicable for damaged or incorrect items with compulsory, uninterrupted unboxing video evidence sent to shop@thrillandthread.in. Worn or unlabelled clothes are strictly non-returnable.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including but not limited to clothing designs, illustrations, brand name, logos, graphics, images, website code, and text, is the intellectual property of Thrill & Thread and is protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.
You are strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, republishing, downloading, displaying, or modifying any content from thrillandthread.in for commercial use without our explicit, written consent.
